How do I purchase tickets to the Mantra Fest?
What is the refund policy?
You can cancel until 16th Jan 11:59PM and we will refund the ticket minus $20 for booking and admin costs.
If you cancel after 16th Jan, there will be no refund.
What does my ticket include?
There are different ticket options to choose from. All tickets include

Festival pass

Access to mantra music events

Access to all workshops excluding healing pods

Accommodation (either Camping or lodge – depends on the ticket purchased)
Does my ticket include food?
The base ticket does not include food. Get the food package as an optional add-on to your ticket.
Does my ticket include Transport to the festival venue?
No, ticket does not include transportation to the festival venue. You need to make your own transport arrangements
VENUE FACILITIES
What are the Venue Amenities?
Bathroom: There will be shared showers and bathrooms on the site – please keep showers short and sweet.
Toilets: There are shared toilets at the site
Drinking Water: There are drinking water taps.
What is the accommodation like?
Each cabin has 2 rooms, a lounge and shower/bathroom.
Cabin will be shared by upto 8 people.
For those staying in the cabin, there will be separate accommodation for men & women.
Please carry your own sleeping bag/quilt, pillow and linen.
If you are camping, you need to bring your own camping gear including tent.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, there will be power points to charge your phone
Do I need cash?
Internet is flaky and unreliable at the festival site. Payment through Square (EFTPOS) will be available. Just in case technology fails, it is recommended to have cash with you as plan B.
ACCESSIBILITY
Is Mantrafest accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, access to the venue and activities area is wheelchair accessible.
Will there be accessible shower/toilets?
Yes, the venue has accessible shower/toilet facility.
FESTIVAL
Is there a festival schedule?
There is a general schedule on the festival website and a detailed program will be provided when you check-in at the event.
How do I check-in?
You will be given a wristband upon arrival, and this wristband will allow you to attend the workshops and allow you to enter the Mantra Shed. Please ensure your wristband remains on your wrist throughout the duration of the festival, as you will not be permitted into the workshops without it.
PARKING
Is there parking at the festival?
There is free parking at the venue. For those who are camping, you can park your car next to your campsite in the campground.
FOOD
Is there food on site?
Yes, there will be vegetarian/vegan food available to purchase at the festival
Can I bring my own food?
This is vegetarian/vegan event, so as long as the food you bring is plant based, you can bring in the food you require (eg. for those with allergies)
Is there cooking facilities at the venue?
There is No cooking facilities available
ALCOHOL
Is drug or alcohol permitted during the festival?
This is a drug & alcohol free festival. As a condition of entry, No drugs or alcohol consumption is permitted during the festival.
Can we bring glass or plastic?
There is a strict NO GLASS policy in the campgrounds. Anything that you bring must be taken with you when you leave. Upon departure, please leave the site as it was when before you arrived.
CHILDREN
Is it a family event?
Yes, you are welcome to bring yours kids at the festival. It is an alcohol & drug free event.
Will there be children activities?
Yes, there are activites planned for children. Watch out for the kids zone closer to the festival.
MEDICAL & FIRST AID
A first aid box will be located within the dining area. We also recommend everyone to get their own first aid kit and personal medicine
