Emotionally focused transformations (EFT), which people often refer to as EFT tapping, is an alternative therapy for overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, relationship problems, illness, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and some other conditions.
At the beginning of our first session, I will explain the process and then carry out a thorough intake to identify what you would like to change. We will then work through the memories in relation to your issue and end with a relaxation exercise.
Book an appointment and think about the issues you are currently facing that you want to resolve. Once you have identified the areas you want to change in your life, we will work together to replace the memories that are causing the problem for you.
